You can buy a ticket for both days for 250 SEK or one-day ticket for 175 SEK.

Pre-booking lectures
In the next step you will find different times for lectures. If you have chosen an admission ticket for Saturday, only Saturday’s times will be shown, the same applies to Sunday. Each time has three different lectures in three different rooms. You can choose any number of tickets for each lecture (30 SEK per ticket), but keep in mind that you can only be in one place at a time. You can come back later to buy more tickets for the lectures with your ticket code.
We sell 75% of the seats in advance, the other 25% are seats that you queue for during the relevant days. The sale is ongoing until August 22, or until the room is fully booked.
There are hearing loops in the first three rows of all lecture halls. If you need these and want to be guaranteed a seat there, we recommend that you pre-book the lecture.
Lunches
Lunches are served between 11:00 – 14:00 in Expandia arena (separate entrance).
Lunch is “Husmanskost” or vegetarian, both are gluten- and lactose-free.
The price for lunch is 125:- incl. coffee.
Welcome to dinner Saturday evening!
Welcome to an evening together with other association members, exhibitors, lecturers and other visitors, in the center of
Västerås. Together we enjoy a pleasant dinner with conversation, entertainment and laughter. The emcee for the evening is Västerås’s revue queen Hanna Sangemark and the music is provided by Aros Marshalls, known for their wide repertoire. It will be an evening of community and joy!

Welcome drink (non-alcoholic option available)
Starter: Tartar on beef fillet with sycamore roe, egg cream, lemon pickled shallot, grated sea bream, potato and parsley crisps.
Vegetarian option is determined by the kitchen based on fresh, current ingredients.
Main course; Butter-fried mountain char with Sandefjord sauce, herbed first courses, potatoes with browned butter and dill.
Vegetarian option determined by the kitchen based on current fresh ingredients.
Coffee and sweets
Drinks other than table water are purchased on site.

Payment
Payment options are card or Swish, invoice is not accepted for visitors.
Once your payment has been approved, tickets and a receipt will be sent to your email address. Save the ticket on your phone. The receipt contains a link that you can use to return to the system and purchase more lecture tickets, lunch or dinner if desired. You need to select a free “ticket” to complete your order.

Refund rules
The following refund rules apply to Släktforskardagarna 2025 in Västerås:
- Admission tickets are non-refundable.
- Lecture tickets are non-refundable.
- Lunches are non-refundable.
- Dinner tickets are non-refundable.
However, you may consider including ticket insurance from Billetto as an optional protection option.
All tickets are impersonal and can therefore be transferred to another person.
If the fair is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded.
